Base Drum Heater up to 150 °C  – 

These base drum heaters are ideal for melting or reducing the viscosity of soaps, fats, varnishes, and oil-based products.

Base drum heaters can be used either on their own to provide heat to drum containers or alongside a drum heater jacket to increase heat up times.

For heating and tempering via the base up to 150 °C. Suitable for steel drums of all types and manufacturers from 200 – 220 liters.

• Carrier plate made of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) with aluminum heating plate for optimum heat transfer.
• Heating with fluoropolymer-insulated heating conductor, laid directly under the heating plate. Carrying handle for easy and comfortable transport.
• Operating voltage 230 VAC (±10%); protection class IP54; protection class I.
