TraceStat: 110V and 230V AC power, with volt-free contacts for low temperature and loss of power.For line sensing or ambient air sensing trace heating applications, the TraceStat thermostats are the industry ideal. They accommodate direct termination of as many as three trace heating cables, negating the need for installation of additional termination devices. Furthermore, with full 20 Amp rating, IP65 ingress protection, tamper-proof settings and no calibration or preventative maintenance required, you can leave them to get on with their job! The bright digital display indicates the sensed temperature, while all operating parameters are factory set and stored in the configurable set-up system, keeping your settings safe from accidental change. The TraceStats can be surface-mounted directly or pipe-mounted via a dual leg bracket. Each unit comes with 1.8m of sensor cable as standard so the TraceStats can, if preferred, be sited away from the sensing point, eg sensor on outside piping, TraceStat located in your Plant Room. The TraceStat15 is fitted with a volt-free contact output for remote indication of loss of power to traceheating. The TraceStatZ11 can have a further similar output to indicate low temperature.
